Some other items that are not necessarily Unique but are definitely me….

I love to watch college football. I do route for the Underdog. But if I am watching a game I always route for a Big 12 team. I put all the Texas Tech games on my calendar. And if you are a client of mine and your college is playing my college- I will always buy you a beer and watch the game with you. However, I can not guarantee that I will not yell at the TV.

I really love to draw I will always draw anything to explain my ideas. After we have a meeting you will always walk away with a drawing.

I hate to copy other events I think that every person is unique and their wedding should be too. I do get a bit protective over my clients wedding. I once had a bride copy my clients wedding down to tracking down my bride to inquire about renting her dress. Yes, I know, I know- it should be flattering. However, I think (and I stand firmly behind this) that it was weird.

I love to clean I have to set a timer otherwise I would clean all day.

I tend to collect organizational objects like clipboards. If I see a cute clipboard or binder at Target I cannot pass it up.

I am friends with many other planners! I go to lunch with them. We have a glass (or two) of wine. I think that there is enough business for everyone- and if you don’t hire me, I hope you hire a great planner. One that has the experience and professionalism to give you the wedding you deserve.

I have never been to Victoria Canada. No I am not Canadian. It is really my name.

I love to read and have been part of a bookclub for almost a decade… wow, just writing that I am a little shocked and feel a little older now. We are a fun and rowdy group and I love it!

My idea of a scary show is Bridezillas. Especially before bed.

I laugh about the page- Uniquely Victoria. It makes me blush a little. What is unique about me? Well, if we are going to work with each other (and I hope we do!) here are some things you should know.

I grew up in West Texas. I graduated from Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas. I loved it there! It was where I got my first taste of planning events. I met my husband Scott there too. We met at a Fraternity Party. Classic. Now we live in Phoenix and have two amazing little Kids. We have a daughter, Ella, and a son, Wesley. My husband is one of the reasons why I can do this job that I love but has really tough hours. He is my behind the scenes Mr. Mom when I am at events. We also have two of the best dogs in the entire world- Our Australian Sheppard’s Buddy and Sissy. Can’t leave out the Kitties- two mellow girls, Charlotte and Sophie.
